Disgusted by Clicks Direct Medicines

I am disgusted with the service provided. To save me time I used their service. It is now month two and yet again they are late with my prescription! First, they had not put my order on repeat after this was specified and sent the prescription to the wrong address. Now they say this month's order should have been made by 25th, yet I never received anything. Apparently this was a system error. Then I am promised that the prescription will be put through urgently today and I should receive it by end of business. What a joke! Second day without meds thanks to Direct Medicines. If anyone is thinking of using them DONT. No customer relations or urgency when it comes to what the customer needs. Worst part? When I asked to escalate my complaint, I was left on hold for more than 10 MINUTES. I am horrified that this is how customers are treated when chronic medication is so important to receive on time.
