disgusted at the medical practitioner

I went to a clicks at Town Square, Hendrik Potgieter Road and Albert Road, Weltevreden yesterday, being 17/05/2021. As I was standing at the counter a pharmacist at another counter (named Gabriel) coughed and when I looked at him he was wearing his mask but guess what, it was under his chin! when I confronted him and asked as to why he is coughing and not closing his mouth, his answer was “and so what are you going to do about it?”. I then said to him as a medial practitioner, you of all people should be adhering to the rules. what annoyed me the most was his attitude and that he still did not do anything to remedy the matter, during an entire pandemic!
