DISGUSTED AND VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

I am absolutely DISGUSTED in the so called Customer Sevice I received at Clicks Pavilion Mall Durban I visit the store everyday as I work in the mall as a store manager this is the second time I have been "helped" by this un- mannered staff members I am totally put off and I will NEVER buy or place my feet in clicks Pavilion again whiles standing in the Que approaching the till when I got to the front this un cultured "staff members" I'm a white shirt standing behind the till so rude and disrespectful I greeted him and he looked at me like Im something he sc****d off his shoe ****ing infront of me and with a very disrespectful tone of voice asking me if I want a packet I then opened my mouth and asked him what the problem is seeing this is the second time I've been there and served by him and each of the both times he was so rude and ugly towards customers i was also on a phone call with my wife when I paid for my stuff cash and he handed me the money back according to him I handed him to much of money , I then took it and made my way to the exit he then screamed at me yelling " Hey Hey You Get Back here " I felt so imbarresed yet everyone is looking at me like i did something wrong he the told me I didn't give him enough money ( YET HE GAVE ME CHANGE ) I then asked him " But if I didn't give you enough money why did you hand me some change back ?" He then turned around and yelled at me saying " Get off your phone call and pay attention here " WHO DE HELL DOES THIS CLICKS STAFF MEMBER THINKS HE IS I ASK CLICK !!????? I AM SO UPSET AND DISGUSTED IN THE PEOPLE WHO work First hand with Customers this is a disgrace !!!

I am a store manager and I have been working in retail for the past 8 Years so believe me I KNOW What customer service I and that was everything but I will also report this to Hello Peter and ill Name and Shame him all over !!! When I asked to speak to the " Store manage " I was the greeted by the man who was leaning against the till point and saw the entire situation unroll and he didn't even do a thing where he could've controlled his "staff member" he was not interested at all the lady that paid by the till next to me also mentioned that she's leaving her shopping right there and then and she walked out due to the situation that just happened and she witnessed everything I have customer rights and I will not leave this here I am a paying customer and to WHOM IT MAY CONCERN THAT IS NOT A WELL TRAINED CLICKS STAFF MEMBER THAT'S AN UNCULTURED *****

I also looked for a name tag but he didn't have one on so I took a photo of him I will make this Public
