Disgusted!

Good day I am extremely disappointed in the grassy Park store I had purchased a foundation there only to realize I had taken the incorrect color I tried to return it today as it hasn't been used or open and they just refused first they said they can't exchange with the club card that was fine then they had told me they just can't exchange for hygiene purposes... The foundation was not opened before the girl in the shop had opened it I spent 200 on this. Just wanting to change the color as it was sealed they refused I had left it on the counter as I was so upset. Please have a Manger contact me regarding this as this is unacceptable.!!!!!
