Whilst paying for my groceries on Saturday 25/05, the cashier (Siphe) who assisted me was also busy completing and signing off a counselling form which he has gotten for being short on his till i pressume. This speaks poorly of the managment team at Clicks Bayside as surely this has to be done in the privacy of an office and not at the cashiers till where customers were being served as well as other cashiers were walking up and down. I have had the unfortunate opportunity to meet this manager before - and it actually doesnt surprise me in the least that he would treat his employees like this. Really bad for you Clicks - have a look at your Employee Relations policy as well as the Employment Equity act
