I am disgusted with the poor service clicks pharmacy Phola mall is providing, especially Joyce Mahlangu she is not customer centric, yells at clients who ask a simple question. I collect my chronic medication every month and the is a board that says 'CLIENTS FOR COLLECTION GO TO THE FRONT" hence we don't queue but unfortunately she yelled at me saying I am skipping the line and her friends who can skip the queue will know the type of medication I am collecting because she discussed me to her friend just because I simply asked who is assisting with collection. Rather go back to Dischem will not tolerate such behaviour
