Disgusted

Not a very happy chap with Clicks Canal Walk. Bought a few items from the Canal Walk branch over the weekend and as I walked out of the shop the bottom of the bag broke and items got damaged from the impact on the floor.

Complained to staff who suggested I dropped the bag and caused the items to be damaged. No apology from staff despite showing them the hole in the bottom of the Clicks bag.

Clicks will not see me again.
