Disgusted!!!!

So Clicks advertised the Claire brush set at R230.00 per set. Your Clearwater Mall and Mall of Africa does not stock it. Instead they suggested I go the Claire's at the mall and purchase the brushes. I even showed them your booklet but they simply brushed me off

Claire's does not sell brushes as a set - they sell them individually. So now Clicks stores - why do false advertising? Advertising the 5 piece Claire make up brush set @ R230.00 per set but not stock it at all? And then your staff brush you off and advise I should try your bigger branches - I might find it there#*******!!! as Mall of Africa, Cresta and Clearwater Mall are some of the biggest malls in JHB.

I am very disappointed and expect feedback from qualified personnel.
