Disgusted

So i have a query open wit clicks where I had R326 cash back left on my clicks club card, i went to clicks canal walk and they said i have 0 rand cash back on my card. I reported this to the head office 31st of October, after about 2 weeks they agreed that to have the matter escalated to the technical team because they say i used my points at Clicks N1 city which I havent been to in almost a year.I spoke to the petrol attendant at Shell in Salt River and he mentioned that i am not the 1st person to complain about the cash back being gone and i fill up my car every Saturday at shell and swipe my clicks club card. So returned the call i just received from Clicks HO and after holding for about 5 minutes someone answered and dropped the call.
