Disgrunttled customer

I purchase a Phillip steam iron on 05 November 2018 for R549.00 with 2 years warranty, at Clicks Middestad in Pretoria Central. The iron stopped functioning on 08 April 2019. Although I did not proof of purchase (receipt) I produced proof of purchase through my bank statement. The manager at Clicks refused to exchange let alone refund me.
