Discusting customer service!!

We have purchased a item from click on 26 Nov2021. After nobody following up on the purchase from click, i phoned 2 weeks later to inquire. A support call was logged and about a week later after a phone call from me, i recieved a call from them, i was informed that there was stock issues and this will take a while. So i waited. About 2 weeks later clecks inform me that there is still a stock issue. So i opt for a refuns. Still waiting after 3 weeks for the refund up to today Jan 2022. The discusting customer service from click is totally not on!!!!!!!!!
