clicks jhb market street, is having its own laws and process different to other clicks chain stores, i went to get medication for my son and i was send back because i did not have my ID card. i was using the medical aid i always use in other clicks were i was never ever asked to produce any ID card before but in this store i was send back by pharmac y assistance. when i asked why they are using different process she mentioned they are like banks of south africa if you go to the bank you must produce a ID, after long discussion it was clear that because the store is in black community we should treated as *********, i pay more R7000 for my medical aid, i never been asked for ID in any phamacy before, i asked for manager and she mentioned the bank theory again. i had to go to the next branch to get assistance.
