disaster product

I am a clicks customer and i only buy my tissue there.i normally buy the 18 pack.on the 12th september 2018 i went to buy my 18 tissue pack as usual,when i got home,the tissue was not white and soft as usual,its even hard in texture...really i was so dissapointed by the product that i have been using for years.its realy not the tissue i am used to..i am angry that am gonna be stucked with this paper i bought.
