Disappointment

Today I went to Clicks Arbour town in Amanzimtoti needed few items. As I walked in the store I needed a trolley and got one however there were no wet towels to clean the handles before I could use the trolley. I asked the lady who was in their uniform without a name tag for wipes as she was sitting right next to the trolleys by the door doing nothing. She just looked at me with that I don't care attitude and told me that they are finished. I asked her how can they be so not bothered and not caring for us as customers during such hard time of Covid 19 pandemic? She still couldn't be bothered and ignored me. I was so angry and just left the store without getting what I needed. I'm so disappointed with them. As I drove home without buying what I needed decided to call the store manager who confirmed that the wipes were finished, and continued to apologize claiming that they are cleaning the trolleys every 15 minutes of which I really don't believe, and I guess she had to cover up for this. I'm so disappointed in them. As I don't see the logic behind her explanation because during that 15 minutes one trolley could have been used by more than one customer.
