Disappointing Service - Late Opening at Clicks Wakshop

I recently visited Clicks in Wakshop, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The store was supposed to open at 7:00 AM, as stated on the window display, but they didn’t open until 9:00 AM! This was during a weekday, which is highly inconvenient for customers who rely on the store opening on time for their shopping needs.

It’s frustrating when businesses don’t honor their advertised operating hours, especially when people make plans based on that schedule. I expected better from Clicks, as this is not the level of service I’ve come to expect from such a well-known brand.

I hope they take this seriously and improve their punctuality going forward.
