Disappointing Service Clicks Cresta Mall

Last week Friday 18/02/2022, i went to Clicks in Cresta Mall. I came in to buy baby DIAPERS and as i was about to pay, i went through the cosmetics section (Sorbet) to be specific and they had a nice bright pink nailpolish displayed. It was in the middle and wasnt packaged so automatically, i thought it was a tester. I opened the nail polish and i app**** it. The security lady was standing there together with the Sorbet sales rep and they both watched me apply the nailpolish from the 1st nail to the last, only for the sales rep to ask me if i am going to pay for that, because this nail polish isnt a tester.

I lost my marbles really, and iasked her to remove it from me and it was a nice colour and i would have bought it, but the approach was unforgivable. What made me upset was that they both saw me taking polish and applying it, why didnt they say something instead of waiting, only for them to want to embarass me, especially the security lady. She was pure rude, she doesn't deserve to be park of the Clicks Cresta team, she kept on arguing and telling me that its not written tester, but then it was isolated from the rest and it wasn't packaged, she refused to hear me out with the honest mistake and she failed to acknowledge that clearly this was an honest mistake, a mistake she could have prevented. My whole day was ruined from that experience. As for the sales rep lady, i am lost forwords with her, that she could just stand there and watch me apply the nail polish and only once i'm done, she approaches me and asks me if i will pay for it. This whole drama could have been avoided because i really was angry and started making noise inside the store.
