Disappointing Service.

Good day,

I have placed an order on the 21 May 2020 and have still not received it.

Yesterday, t I called your contact center on *** at 17:00 and was informed that the item will arrive at the store before closing time and I should receive a SMS informing me it has arrived either last night or this morning.

I still have NOT received such confirmation SMS and every time I check PARGO to see how far my delivery is and it keeps saying "On route".

Can someone please let me know when I can expect my parcel since it's already paid for so???? What's happening???
