Disappointing Service...

On the 12th December I went to the Clicks Pharmacy @ The Ridge Mall in Shallcross. I am a chronic Bipolar patient and survive daily on my medication. Anyone who knows anything about this illness knows that medication is essential to my survival. I go to the store for two items viz Paroxetene and Lamotrigine. I was assisted by a Sharona Pillay who was nothing but rude and unhelpful. It felt it was a genuine effort for her to assist. She very rudely advised me she does not have the lamotrigine aka Epitet and does not know when they will get it. She did not even give me an alternative or advise when she could get it. Very very disappointing service. Rude not even a thank you or anything. Come to think of it the store was not even busy but still the service was that bad. I have been filling my scripts regularly at Clicks stores at the guys at the Chatsworth branch are always so helpful. I eventually got the meds at Medirite Pharmacy. Clicks needs to perhaps invest in further customer service training for some staff.
