Disappointing Service

My mom went to clicks pharmacy attlyn. She has high blood, she went there with a box for treatment but the RUDE consultant refused to assist her. He could have practiced good customer service by checking her profile. Which would have revealed it was not the first time she bought that specific treatment from clicks. These are trying times. A lot of people lost their jobs due to the pandemic. He should be greatfull he still has a job. Instead he is just rude to pensioners like my mom. Very shameful
