Disappointing service...

My fiancee and I made an appointment with Clicks Canal Walk's clinic just to make sure our baby is still fine and he's picking up weight fine etc. , etc.

She got an e-mail stating: "Hi Claire Van der poll,

We got there this morning and waited 20 minutes after our initial time of said appointment only to have an employee of this Clicks telling us: " No sorry sir and madam our nurse is only in every 1st and 4th saturday of the month." I am deeply disappointed in the lack of communication between the head office and this store and it inconvenienced us. We hope Clicks will make amends or at least make up for it.
