Disappointing service

On the 21st of January 2020 I went to the Clicks Clinic at the Adderley street branch for a vitality test. The claim was processed on my medical aid but still I had not received my wellness report. After a week I went back to the branch to find out why I had not received my report and I was informed that the clinic was closed as the nurse was on training and they were not sure when she will be back. After a week I went back again and I was given the same story. On the 5th of February 2020 I complained on the Clicks website about the service and the customer service consultant Carmen Lodt rep**** and informed me that she had escalated the complaint to the Clicks clinic in Adderley street. To this day no one has bothered to call me to inform me why I have not received my wellness report and why I have not received the service that I paid for. I am really disappointed at the Clicks branch in Adderley street.
