Disappointing experience received from Clicks online services

Disappointing experience received from online shopping. I ordered online to receive my order super fast. To discover 1 item was missing. I emailed them and even took a picture of my order that I received. Logged a telephonic and did a couple of follow-up calls and still the issue has not been resolved. No one has bothered to get back to me ?

Will think twice before shopping online!!!
