Disappointing experience

Good day I visited clicks store at Hammarsdale junction mall Monday 2/02/2026 and bought Citro soda . I got home and the box when I took the bottle out I found the bottom part of the bottle was cracked opened ,the powder was hard inside the box . I went to clicks today Wednesday 03/02/2026 and spoke the male manger that was on duty at 4pm to exchange . He told me I am lying and that I broke the bottle now I am coming to exchange . He was very rude that is not the way to speak to a customer . I have worked with customers and to tell a customer that they are lying in front of other customers was just embarrassing and very rude . I left the item and my slip at the store and went to alpha pharmacy and purchased it . Clicks need to employee to attend training on how to deal with customers cause the way he handled the situation was absolutely unacceptable.
