Disappointing customer service and misinformative product information on website

Terribly disappointed with their customer service - better yet lack thereof. I emailed a complaint about a product which I bought online with their description of the product jar at 118ml on their website as well as all documents received upon paying. This is misinformative as the jar I received was 57ml - I sent them the relevant images and brought this to their attention a month ago and still have yet to hear back from them! Complete ******* as the amount of a product as well as price are factors many customers take into consideration before purchasing!
