Disappointing Customer Service

Clicks @ Westville Mall - Chronic medication scripts been registered with them since December 2020. They process claims & never infirm the patient the medication is ready to be uplifted. Case in mention, my claims were processed on 01.03.2021, it is now 09.03.2021 - I have not received a call or an sms to inform me of this. I can understand if tgey were awaiting certain medications, but 8days later & still NOTHING. You call and call and call and call - & all you ever get is an answering service. This is as I would say a matter of life & death ... it is prescribed medications for treating health conditions.. what is the purpose of offering a service to the community if Clicks cannot follow through
