Disappointing customer care clicks Embalenhle Mall

I am really disappointed at the services we getting at Clicks Embalenhle Mall, i mistakenly bought the wrong of batteries and i still have the slip. The batteries are not opened just have a mark at the back. The tellers are telling they cant take them back because of the marking at the back because i passed in some other store. Really disappointing customer care, they told me about its original packaging and i haven't changed any packing but they refused to take them back
