Disappointing

To whom it might concern,

I wanted to edit my personal details but it's not possible, no matter what post code you use it still says that it's an invalid post code. I can’t even use the contact form on your website as it says, something went wrong.

Your website is very badly designed, it’s full of gremlins and not at all user friendly, you are seriously lagging behind your competition. You need to spend some serious money on your website as it looks like something that fell out of the 80’s.

Also every time I need to collect my medicine from Clicks it’s a complete mess, they can never find my script as they say I have several profiles and can’t seem to find the repeat script on any of them so they have to call the Clicks headquarters or the pharmacy that loaded the script, it’s extremely frustrating. Can you please delete the duplicate profiles I have and just keep the one with my repeat script. I have on two accounts spent more than an hour at Clicks trying to get my medicine.

If not I wil give in my script at Dischem.
