DISAPPOINTED WITH ONLINE SHOPPING

I ordered products online on 2 Dec and it has been under processing ever since. I called on Monday and the gentleman I spoke to said he will push for it to be delivered that Monday latest Tuesday. On Tuesday I called again and the lady said it will be delivered on Thursday but its still under processing and I need it by this weekend. I followed this route cos most of the branches are forever not answering and we don't know how else we are suppose to get the products we want. IT'S REALLY DISAPPOINTING. We don't have an pay on delivery option so that we can make a plan B. So they a sitting with our money and products.
