Disappointed with customer service

I purchased a product from clicks, after using for a while, I noticed it was not satisfactory, I called the customer service centre, on the 27 March 2024. After emailing them to give me feedback which according to them, takes 3-4 working days, it’s been a month! No response and yet I still have to use a terrible product which is only sold at Clicks! The only request I had was to allow me to just exchange the product, and go on with my life. Instead they choose to not respond to any emails. Totally disgusted with the service! I really expected more from Clicks.
