Disappointed with Clicks Online

Highly disappointed with clicks online. I have purchased a product for collection on 20 October, Its now 2 weeks later and nothing has arrived. Their collection duration says between 1 -3 working days. I understand there could be logistical delays but at least communicate with your customers. And this is my best case scenario.

Called customer service, and all i got out of that was a reference number and still no solution.

Wasted money, efforts and airtime. Best to shop in store.
