Disappointed with clicks game centre in polokwane

I went to clicks game center in polokwane with the intention to buy bubble bath for R25 for 2with my club card deals loaded into my app on my phone. When i arrived there they said they dont know about the deal they called the customer service and the lady said it was an error on their side and they cant help. I told her about the customer service act and she said there is nothing she can do. I left soo disappointed. Everyone at the store were looking at me like im crazy and my biggest concern is that even now the deal still appears on my app.
