Disappointed Service and Stale product sold

Its really disappointing to know that such a large and well established store like Clicks will sell stale products to their customers. I called the customer call center and to this date and I was informed that the Branch in question Pavilion will be contacted and I will be kept updated, however no response to date.

It very disappointing with the unprofessionalism at Clicks and the Head office.
