Disappointed Online shop

Clicks online shop is just a disaster. The waiting period is longer than other shops delivery period, during lockdown I was willing to overlook it. My last online order was just a mess though. After waiting from the 29th of June, I decided to give them a call on the 24th of July. Just to be informed that because of back orders it's taking unusually longer than normal, but the courier is en-route with my order. On Monday, the 27th I phoned them again and was informed that my order was damaged and someone should have informed me. I canceled my order and on the 28th my order was miraculously delivered. Upon opening the box the contents inside was damaged, I phoned again and was told someone will phone me back. Today the 31st of July, I am still awaiting a call. Since most people like me is trying to avoid shops during these trying times, Clicks online is just a disappointment.
