DISAPPOINTED! JUST LIKE A GOVERNORMENT DEPT

Don't ever go to mall of the south branch! The most pathetic customer service. Was booked for a vaccine appointment and when I arrive on time I was met with a rude consultant dismissive of my concerns. That apparently the nurse doing vaccination was going on lunch SOUNDS JUST LIKE A GOVERNORMENT DEPT. That is ridiculous... More astounding is that his only option, was for me to wait 30 mins for the nurse to finish lunch. *** what the point of booking the time!!!!

I had to work that time in, to get off of work. Wasted my petrol as I'm in the jhb cbd. The parking price and then the audacity if that store doesn't even bother following up on the complaints I've logged on their site
