Disappointed in the customer service received from Clicks.

I had sent through n email to customer care regarding a perfume that i had purchased from Clicks online , a consultant had contacted me asking for all the necessary information of the specify product which I had sent to her and she responded with guide lines as to how the perfume was manufactured. I had asked what is the next step and how my problem would be resolved, but i had not received further feedback. I am extremely disappointed with the assistance I have received from Clicks.
