Disappointed in Clicks Fairland Walk

I have been living in Fairland for 17 years and was delighted when Clicks Fairland Walk opened. Unfortunately, I have become increasingly disappointed with the service at the pharmacy.

I visit the pharmacy weekly, and on most occasions there are only one or two pharmacists on duty while around ten or more customers are waiting to be served. The waiting times are extremely long, and it is frustrating to have to spend an entire lunch hour waiting for assistance. There have even been occasions when I have been late for work just to collect a small item or prescription.

Given the volume of customers, it seems reasonable that more pharmacists could be scheduled at the same time to improve service levels and reduce waiting times.

As a result, I recently decided to visit Clicks Mountain View instead, and the difference was remarkable. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient. I had lost my Clicks card, and the team assisted me with a replacement immediately. The pharmacists were attentive and provided prompt service, making the entire experience pleasant and stress-free.
