Disappointed in Clicks

Really disappointed in how Clicks is handling my matter regarding a online purchase I made from them on the 11th of November 2024, haven't received my parcel still today, have spoken to 2 different store managers and 3 different consultants which every one of them is giving me a different story, I don't know which one to believe. Even at this point they are giving me a run around on canceling the order. They don't even have the decency to contact me regarding the delay, I have to be the one calling them for feedback.
