Disappointed Disappointed Disappointed 😞 😔 😪

I visited Clicks Gateway this afternoon and I am extremely disappointed. I went to get my prescription medication. I was assisted by Thabile Mntungwa she was extremely rude n didn't care she made me stand over 30 minutes before assisting me asking for my daughters birth certificate even thou a previous week I was there assisted by someone else only asked for my ID n medical aid card which i always carry..I am always using this pharmacy but I have never been undermined nor treated this badly. She made other customers wait while i was navigating my phone looking for this birth certificate and she refused to assist me.tried to call my family imagine still standing there soo long. I tried explaining that my daughter is on seizure med.. i had to cry n beg her while people were waiting i felf so embarrassed n emotional. Is this the kind of treatment we supposed to get at your Pharmacy in Gateway Mall?
