Disappointed

Am really not happy im a visitor here in umhlanga, went and bought toiletries at the cresent umhlanga later on when i got to my hotel i noticed that 2 of my items are missing.....i was very angry because i had to bath and didn't have my bath gloves and my towel, i really didn't expect this at all
