Disappointed Customers 😢

Was at Clicks mams mall yesterday around 12:25,was help by a lady by the name of Eulanda at da pharmacy. I happened to have forgetten my new fone on the counter (Samsung E13) might you the fone was also bought yesterday minutes before I went to clicks. After realizing I lost my fone I quickly ran there n the lady confirmed that she gave the fone to the next customer she helped after me thinking it was her fone. Then the store called the customer because they had her details but the customer denied everything. When I asked about the CCTV footage they said they had no cameras in store. I went back there today and I became a laughing stock everybody in the store was laughing at me and Eulanda had changed her story saying she did not give anyone any fone. I know I lost that fone there n judging by how they handled that issue one can see that they know what happened to my new fone. All I want is my new fone back please.
