Disappointed customer

I made an appointment for 2/5/2025 at clicks Westgate roodepoort for my HPV vaccine 3rd dose and pap smear.. however i didn't get none of the services I made an appointment for because 1 HPV vaccine is not in stock which makes me question why do we even have to make appointments prior since when you arrive at the pharmacy stock is not there.... 2. I didn't do my pap smear because the professional nurse who usually works there is not around today,why is there another professional nurse in the clinic if she can't do the duties of the absent nurse.... I'm honestly annoyed because it is time and money to come for something that is not there and you are not even notified on time not to come on that particular day since the service you need is not there,when you make an appointment our contact details are required so why not use them to inform us... Rather cancel the bookings and allow walk-ins, since it is useless to make an appointment.
