Disappointed Customer

Clicks Clearwater mall refused to dispense my mother’s chronic medication Estrofem 2mg that ran out yesterday due to a Doctor’s mistake of not indicating the mg required.

My question is, couldn’t the parmasist that were assisting me Bongi Nxumalo and Paballo Mogomotsi call the doctor as his number is indicated on the prescription and ask for an escalation which was done previously by a gentleman who assisted me instead of completely refusing to dispense the medication when my mom’s life depends on it?
