Disappointed

I am very disappointed with Diepkloof square Clicks Pharmacy. I got there at 12:40 and generated a prescription ticket which was number P143 then while I was waiting for my number to be called I realized that I forgot my prescription in the car and went to get it. When I went back into the shop noticed that my number has been called then I went to the pharmacist at counter 4. I explain to him that I stepped out when my number was called then he said there’s nothing he can do about that, that I will have to generate another ticket in order for me to get assistance. All the pharmacist at Diepkloof square Clicks pharmacy have no name tags.. so I had to ask the guy his name and he said he rep**** me? Sure my name is Paballo “with so much attitude and arrogance.” I then generated another pin and got ticket number P153 imagine have to wait in the queue again while I’m sick. I was literally shaking and he never cared to consider that I’ve been there for long and my condition. I am still shocked at the kind of service I got at Diepkloof square Clicks Pharmacy. Click has to teach it’s employees about Customer Experience and how to interact with customers.

I’m just asking myself if this is what they do to elderly people as well. Bad customer service you people need to up your game!!
