DISAPPOINTED BY CLICKS

For 6 months Clicks has being deducting from my medical aid an estimated amount of R300 per month for medicines not dispensed by Clicks - Olivedale All Saints Shopping centre . On Monday I approached them only to be told that they are too busy to attend to me and will call me back which they have not as yet . I waited about 20 minutes for them to attend to me but was too busy to resolve my query yet one of the assistant clearly noted that they have not dispened the medicines which they have already deducted from my medial aid . If this is what Clciks has done to me I can only imagine how many other patients have suffred the same plight . If I have not confronted them they would have never had contacted me to admit their mistake . Very disappointed with the level of INEGRITY that Clicks had displayed . I hope many patients maange to read this review and not be caught by such dishonesty . Disguised Patient
