Disappointed Black Friday Experience: Bad service Durban North store

The service received from Clicks in Durban North (Kensington square) was extremely disappointing. I spoke to 5 staff members and none of them could help me first find the Black Friday special of electric toothbrushes in the store or in another branch. The response was- I don’t know. Although I opened the pamphlet and pointed it out- none of the 5 staff I spoke to seemed to be aware of their specials. I waited 25 minutes to seek help from Lloyd the manager. For a manager he really lacked customer service. He didn’t even take the time to help me. Eventually a lady cashier tried helping me...This store really has some service issues with H/O should investigate further. It’s very disappointing to see a Clicks provide so dissatisfactory service. I then drove to La Lucia, The Cresent, Cornibia mall and even called Gateway. The advertised electronic toothbrushes it seems were not delivered. This was such a waste of my time and money. Eventually I was forced to order the 4 toothbrushes online. Hopefully next year Clicks will do better with delivering stock to their stores.
