Disappointed

I went to Clicks Jean Village last week Monday and paid twice for the same thing and I still haven’t received my refund. They have called me but they keep saying they are waiting for the head office please tell me how long does it take for you to see that on this day 27th of March 2 times R307 was paid into your account and you refund it. I’m really disappointed because I need this money. This disservice is inexcusable.
