Disappointed and furious

I placed an order for my 4 month old baby's feeding bottles. When i placed the ordee i was told delivery would take 1-3 working days. It is 7 days later and I still have not received my order. When I went to the store I was told to come back after 3 days. That would be a total of 10 days! My baby is without a bottle! When I called to enquire about my order I spoke to a lady by the name of Busi who told me that delivery is 7 days because of lock down. When I told her that I think the website ahould reflect that so that atleast we know, she said there was a notice on the website, of which there is not. My receipt says 1-3 days. When i told her this shw very rudely hung up on me. I am fed up because I should have just risked it and gone to the store to pick out what i need off the shelf. Now I have paid for an order which I need desperately and I am told i will get it after 10 days (hopefully) when I call trying to get clarity, the consultant is very rude to me.

I am disappointed. I want to cancel my order. I can buy the bottles elsewhere!
