Disappointed and discouraged

I wouldn't recommend the online service. I made an online purchase on the 24 April 2020 and on my side the payment through. But when I called customer care to check my order they said no payment was done. I send them proof of payment via email but I still haven't got any assistance. Now they want a letter from the bank.
