disappointed

i placed an order online on the 28th march 2026 and it went to an incorrect address called and corrected the address and they went to the incorrect address 3 more times, my order was divided into 5 parcels and i have received 4. i have called more than 3 times and no one has cared to actually fix whatever issue the is, my order is still missing 18 more days later. last at the end of February i could not order because their system is always acting up.
