Disappointed

Good day After clicks messed up my online order last week and I had to wait for a cash back refund,I placed another order and now I am waiting for a delivery.

How long am I going to wait for my order? The status is still on processing and it is already 2 business days? Should I go to the store and collect my items?

As a long time supporting client of Clicks ,this service is totally unacceptable!
